Please read these Terms carefully. By using mettra.app (the "Site"), Mettra.app's software or signing up for an account, you're agreeing to these Terms. This is a legally binding agreement.

Mettra.app ("Mettra.app" or the "Service") is a software service provider for merchants that is offered through Mettra.app's Site that is used for Amazon product research. Mettra.app is operated by FINLAB CONSULT (CYPRUS) LTD ("we," and/or "us"). Mettra.app has officers, employees, independent contractors, and representatives (the "Team"). As a customer of the Service or as a representative of an entity that is a customer of the Service, you're a "Member" according to this Agreement. You agree that:

• Use of Service. Your use of Mettra.app's Service is based on the license of Mettra.app's Intellectual Property to you. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license that permits you to use Mettra.app's Intellectual Property in accordance with the terms of this Agreement for as long as: 0) you remain a Member in conformity with the terms of this Agreement and do not breach the terms thereof, and (ii) Mettra.app exists. Your license will terminate in the event that either you breach the terms of this Agreement, or Mettra.app technically or actually ceases to exist. Mettra.app reserves all rights to any Intellectual Property not expressly granted to you. Permitted Use. You are not permitted to use the Site and/or the Service for anything other than the following purposes: (i) viewing the Site without using any tools or software for automatic data extraction (bots); (ii) signing up and logging in for the Service; (ili) ordering the specific services provided by Mettra.app, making payment for such services and accessing reports and other results of services; (iv) transferring to other websites through links provided on the Site; and (v) making use of other facilities (tools) that may be provided on the Site/by the Service. The Member/user is expressly prohibited from: (i) using automated systems or software to extract data from the Site or from the Service's tools; (ii) sublicensing, renting, leasing, transferring, reselling, gifting, or distributing any information from the Site/the Service. In order to prevent misuse of the Service indicated above, there are a few limitations in place, such as the maximum number of requests allowed within a certain period of time. You will not encounter these limitations during your normal use of the Service. If you believe you have faced any of these limitations without reason, please contact info@mettra.app.
• Account. If you choose to use our Service, you represent that you have full power, capacity and authority to accept these Terms.
• You affirm that you possess legal parental or guardian consent to use this Site if you are under eighteen (18) years of age, or you are an emancipated minor, or you are an adult with the capacity to enter into agreements, and that you will abide by and comply with these Terms of Service.
• You must be a human to open an account. Accounts registered by "bots" or other automated methods are not permitted.
• You must personally and manually create your account without using any automated means aside from the auto-complete feature in your website browser. A third party may not create an account for you and you must not allow any third party to use your information to create an account.
• You must provide your legal full name, valid email address, and any other information we request to complete your account-signup process.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. We will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
• The purchase, sale, assignment or transfer of any accounts is prohibited.
• You are responsible for your own conduct and activities on, through or related to our Service. If you create an account to use our Service, you are responsible for all conduct or activities on, through or by use of your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.
• Termination. We or you may terminate this Agreement at any time by giving notice to the other party. We may suspend our Service to you at any time, with or without cause.
• Mettra.app may, in its reasonable discretion, freeze or terminate your account in the case of your breaching/infringement of the Terms of Use or applicable laws, or if we are ordered to do so by a court/other authorized body.
• Any user or the Member that breaches this Agreement (the Terms of Use) is liable to have their subscription terminated and account deleted, at the discretion of Mettra.app, without refunding.
• Also, your access to Mettra.app services/subscription may terminate and your account may be deleted under paragraph 10(5) of this Terms of Use.
• If your account is terminated, we may permanently delete your account and all data associated with it from our Site.
